By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the kurd12 app or website, you fully accept these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

kurd12 is an educational preparation platform for 12th-grade high school students in Kurdistan. Our services include:

• Courses, study materials, and exam questions organized by section (Science / Literary)
• A community forum for connecting with teachers and other students
• Notifications for events and platform changes
• Information about new lessons and exam topics

3. User Account

1. Accurate information: you must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. Account security: you are responsible for protecting your account. Never share your credentials with anyone.
3. One account only: creating multiple accounts for the same person is not permitted.
4. Age requirement: you must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use kurd12 only as follows:

• Do not post inappropriate, violent, illegal, or harmful content.
• Treat other users with respect and good ethics.
• Do not engage in spam, advertising, or misinformation.
• Do not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or modify the platform.
• Do not copy or redistribute the platform's content without permission.

Violation: if you violate these terms, your account may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.

5. Content and Ownership

Platform content: all content provided through kurd12 (questions, solutions, courses, videos, etc.) is owned by us or by rights holders. It is licensed solely for personal educational use.

Your content: your posts and comments remain your property, but by submitting that content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms.
• Modify or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The kurd12 service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees that:

• The app will be continuously bug-free.
• All content will be perfectly accurate.
• Our servers will be available at all times.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via push notification or email. Your continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of the Kurdistan Region.
