- Account information: name, email address, and profile photo (via Google or Apple Sign-In).
- Student profile: full name, phone number, section (Science / Literary), city, and school name — provided by you during onboarding.
- Device information: device UUID, device name (e.g., "Huawei ALT-LX2"), platform (Android/iOS/web), app version, and IP address at sign-in.
- FCM Token: used to send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Usage data: posts and comments in the community forum, read/unread status of notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Authentication: to sign you in using your Google or Apple account.
- Personalized content: to display questions, courses, and lessons relevant to your section, city, and school.
- Push notifications: to send important updates such as new learning material or platform announcements.
- Security: device and activity monitoring to prevent unauthorized access.
- Service improvement: aggregated, non-personal analytics to improve the app.
3. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the technical service providers required to deliver the app:

4. Cookies and Local Storage
The website uses cookies for session management (HTTPS, PHPSESSID). These cookies are strictly technical — we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

- All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
- Passwords and session tokens are protected using industry-standard practices.
- FCM tokens and device UUIDs are stored on your device in encrypted secure storage.
- Firebase prevents unauthorized access to your data on its infrastructure.
6. Your Rights
As a kurd12 user, you have the following rights:
- Access: request a copy of all your data.
- Correction: correct any inaccurate information.
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and all your data.
- Disable notifications: in the app go to Settings → Push Notifications → toggle off.
- Disable biometric login: in Settings → Sign in with Fingerprint → toggle off.

7. Children's Privacy
The kurd12 platform is designed for 12th-grade high school students (typically 17–18 years old). If you are under 13, please do not use the service without parental consent.
8. Data Retention
- Account data: retained until you request deletion.
- Device and session data: automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
- FCM tokens: automatically removed after logout or when push notifications are disabled.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via push notification or email.
